Established in 2004, Intelligent Horizon initially immersed itself in diverse construction equipment work, civil projects, and housing initiatives in Al-Khobar, Dammam, and Jubail Industrial Area. Evolving since its inception, Intelligent Horizon has diversified its business operations, venturing into industrial projects, manpower and equipment supply, maintenance and operations within the civil construction, and oil & gas sectors.
As of today, Intelligent Horizon proudly stands as a key player in numerous industrial projects spanning the major cities of the country, collaborating with esteemed clients such as SABIC, SCECO, and SAUDI ARAMCO.
Our expertise extends to a wide array of services, encompassing civil projects like cable trenches, underground duct banks, heavy concrete structures, equipment foundations, and excavation and backfilling. Additionally, we excel in providing comprehensive solutions, including manpower and equipment supply, temporary facilities procurement and installation, and Operation & Maintenance of Power Generation Equipment (Diesel Generators).
Our commitment to excellence is further demonstrated through services such as transportation, loading/unloading, fuel supply, and allied services.

Intelligent Horizon, established in 2004 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, swiftly garnered an honourable standing for its contractual expertise in diverse domains, including lifting equipment, transportation, construction-related equipment contracting, and construction and infrastructure contracting projects.
Our early history is intricately woven into an era marked by the surge of intensive and time-sensitive projects. Despite the challenges, we navigated the landscape, ensuring sustainable development, steady growth, and progress. This period allowed us to amass invaluable experience, positioning us to excel in designing and executing projects with excellence. Consequently, our footprint expanded across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as we sought to secure a substantial market share by offering a broader spectrum of contractual services. In 2015, with a strategic shift in focus, we redirected our efforts towards Government Projects.
Adapting to the demands of specialization and fierce competition, we infused new vitality into our business by incorporating key personnel. This strategic move aimed to leverage our past expertise and confront the evolving landscape with advanced and sophisticated approaches in Civil Projects, Road & Bridges Construction, and Infrastructure development. Our commitment to excellence is underlined by a proactive approach, including the injection of fresh talent to meet industry demands.
In line with this philosophy, we have undertaken the significant responsibility of integrating distinct performance engineering and an experienced management team. Firefighting water tank at Muzdalifa delivered in five months — 20,000 m³ capacity on 150 internal columns.

An 82.8 million SAR bridge and underpass package completed in February — 700 m of bridge and 800 m of top-down underpass.
